Our commitment to excellence extends to the use of top-tier JMX series FK 5/8 rod end joints, featuring a fabric-based PTFE liner that sets a new standard in the industry. These joints are engineered with a compressed inner housing, delivering a ball preload that remains tight approximately three times longer than standard injected Teflon rod ends.

Precision-cut to ensure maximum thread engagement on the rod end while retaining full adjustability, these tie rods effortlessly thread onto the factory inner tie rod. Say goodbye to corrosion concerns, as our misalignment spacers are crafted from corrosion-resistant 303 stainless steel. Unlike generic spacers, ours are specifically designed to enhance the Maverick's steering geometry, reducing bump steer.

Please note that this upgrade involves a minimal 12mm to 1/2" spindle drill and the addition of a welded tab (preferably TIG with 308 filler) on the spindle's top to secure the bolt in double shear. Each pair of tie rods includes a fine thread grade 8 bolt, nut, washers, and the required weld tab for both sides.
